About the event
Join us for our annual Show and Tell event!
This gathering aims to encourage our homeschoolers to step out of their comfort zones in a supportive and relaxed setting. We will kick off the show and tell with a short introduction to effective presentation skills and public speaking etiquette. If your student feels a bit anxious about speaking, they are welcome to have a friend, parent, or guardian accompany them. Our objective is to show our kids that public speaking can be enjoyable and less intimidating than it appears!
DETAILS:
-Students may bring one item to present to the class where they will be given roughly 5 minutes each to share with the class what they have brought.
-Each student will be given an opportunity to answer questions from the group at the end of their presentation.
